Return Eligibility

You may return any unopened and unused product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at cs@allunitedskin.com. We will promptly arrange for a replacement and cover all associated shipping costs. Please provide a detailed description of the issue and photo evidence to expedite the process.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email to initiate your return. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: We will review your return request and, if approved, send you a return authorization and instructions on where to send your package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Packing and Shipping: Pack the items securely in the original packaging and include any accessories or free gifts received with your order. Once your package is ready, send it to the address provided in our return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, typically 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you prefer to exchange an item, please follow the return process as mentioned above and specify in your communication that you would like an exchange. We will confirm the availability of the desired product and facilitate the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items
